Evaluation guidelines
Evaluation of learners takes place through-out the term on an individual basis.  The maximum mark (4) is
set according to the expectation or criteria per grade.
Evaluations are practical on a scale of 1 - 4 for all grades.
1 = Tasks are not done satisfactory.  The learner needs assistance most of the time.
2 = Tasks are done with approximately 50% assistance and the results of the learner are not satisfactory.
3 = Little assistance is needed.  Tasks are almost correct.
4 = No assistance.  Results are 100% correct or better than expected.
Learners work for a mark of 1 - 3 during the term.  The last evaluation task at the end of a term qualifies a
learner for a possible 4.
Reports are given to all the learners at the end of every term.
